Trustees

The Trustee Board of Beulah Baptist Institutional Church is made up 15 members charged with the following responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Pastor with overall church administration.
  2. Upkeep and Maintenance of the Church Building and Grounds.
  3. Custodians of all Legal Documents.
  4. The Buying and Selling of Church Properties.
  5. Development of Church Properties.
  6. Serve with the Pastor as the church’s legal representatives in court.
  7. Provide and monitor custodial care for the church.
  8. Spiritual well-being of the Church (Prayer/Spiritual Growth)
  9. Concern for the church’s financial health.
  10. Report any abuses, problems, etc., that require the Pastor’s attention.
Trustees serve terms of 3 years with at least 3 of the group being elected each year by the Church upon nomination.  After six consecutive years, Trustees will be rotated off the Trustee Board Ministry with eligibility to serve additional terms after one year
